    YOGA

    Tilly originally discovered yoga to help with anxiety and the exercise she was doing. But now, yoga has become so much more than that - it's a way of life for her. With a passion for fitness, Tilly’s yoga classes are strong and aim to be accessible to everyone. She also incorporates pranayama and breathwork into her classes, giving students a well-rounded experience. Students leave Tilly’s classes feeling calm and empowered.

  • Eli

    YOGA

    Eli discovered the benefits of yoga over 5 years ago, drawn to the practice to aid his athletic recovery. With an athletic background, Eli became a Yoga Teacher in 2024, specialising in Hatha Yoga. In his classes, Eli skillfully guides students to balance the yin and yang, building strength while finding stillness. Eli's holistic approach helps students cultivate both physical and mental well-being through the transformative power of yoga.

    You will find Eli in the studio teaching Yoga on Tuesday nights at 6pm

  • Julie

    YOGA

    With a background in psychology and nutrition, Julie discovered the missing piece to holistic health through yoga and meditation. In 2023, she completed her Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher training, followed by a 100-hour Yin certification in 2024. Passionate about helping others find balance in a busy world, Julie creates personalised practices to support mental peace, self-connection, and whole-body wellness.

    You will find Julie in the studio teaching Yang to Yin Yoga on Wednesday nights at 6pm

  • Jessie

    FITNESS

    As a passionate fitness coach, Jessie loves helping people discover their inner strength and power. In her classes at Island Healing and through her business Fitness Folk, she guides clients through challenging workouts that push them beyond their comfort zones.

    Jessie believes that the mental and physical fortitude developed through lifting weights and tackling difficult movements can have a transformative impact on one's everyday life. Watching her clients overcome obstacles and become empowered in the studio fills her with immense joy.

  • Claire

    BARRE PILATES

    Claire's love for movement started in 2010 when she earned her diploma in sports science and began her journey as a personal trainer. Her adventure took her to India in 2018, where she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training. Now, Claire is excited to share her passion for Pilates with you! She can't wait to see you in the studio soon!

    MAT PILATES

    Paige is a passionate Pilates instructor who believes gentle, mindful movement can be just as effective for the body and mind. Her classes focus on restorative elements like breath work and grounding exercises, creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for students of all levels.

    Paige's nurturing teaching style empowers clients to work at their own pace, building confidence through modifications and variations. Her mission is to make Pilates accessible and empowering for everyone.

    GUIDED SOUND BOWL MEDITATION

    As the owner of Island Healing, and The Modern Medicine Woman, Rach is committed to promoting wellness and community. In the studio she specialises in introspective guided sound immersions, creating a serene environment for relaxation and self-discovery. Join her in exploring the transformative power of sound for deeper healing and connection.

    You will find Rach in the studio every second week on Thursdays at 7:30pm
