Jessie

Jessie has been coaching for the past 7 years, she loves tailoring sessions to suit the individual and loves to have a laugh throughout the workout. Working out should be fun, allow you to feel empowered and walk away feeling like you can get through anything life throws at you.

Paige

From a young age I was a swimmer as was always inspired by my coaches allowing me to achieve my goals. They inspired me to study and become a personal trainer/Pilates instructor to allow me to help others achieve their goals. I love the way exercise makes you feel and how good it is for your well-being. Can't wait to meet you all in the studio and reach your goals!

GABBY

Gabby has enjoyed being a student of yoga for many years. This lead her on a journey to India in 2023 and upon arriving home had the desire to learn more. Gabby is now a qualified yoga teacher and sound healer and enjoys sharing these practices with the community. She loves sharing yin, giving people a place to slow down in a very fast paced world but also enjoying teaching flow practices and building heat in the body. Gabby loves to be able to share what people have shared with her over the years. 

Anna Rose

Anna is a qualified yoga teacher; and holistic clinical nutrition student. Anna’s offerings are slow with moments of strength coupled with those of stillness. She teaches at multiple studios across South Gippsland and is excited to finally be able to bring her offerings to the island community once again. Join her every Thursday morning at 9.30am.

Tilesha

Tilesha has always had a passion for movement and mindfulness. So finding yoga which infuses both was a magic fit. She has been practicing yoga for many years around the world finding her passion for this ancient practice. Tilesha has also completed certificates in reiki, pranayama and breathwork in which she embodies into her classes along with her bubbly energy. Tilesha has a drive to help others and share her knowledge through her own love of meditation, yoga and fitness. In which she wishes to make the world a better place one yoga class at a time.  

Dee

Dee Howard is a qualified Yoga teacher that has completed both her 200hr and 500hr yoga teaching at the Byron Yoga Centre over 10 years ago. Prior to completing her teacher training Dee spent time practicing around the world and fell in love with the depth of the Yoga teachings she discovered in India, it was this experience that inspired her to become a teacher. In the West she has learnt from numerous senior teachers and has attended 100’s of Yoga workshops and her continued curiosity has helped to create her fusion teaching style of Hatha (Purna yoga) interwoven with Vinyasa. Dee strives to create a space in her classes where her students can explore their body’s using the tools of Pranayama, Asana and subtle energetics to hone a well rounded physical and spiritual practice.

Eli

Eli has recently deepened his knowledge for the ancient practice of yoga in the past year by attaining his YTT200hr and Pranayama 50hr certificates. Eli’s passion is found among movement and the human body. From running ultramarathons to practicing yoga and sitting in meditation, Eli strives to teach others how to balance our yin and yang, specialising in Hatha yoga with a calming flow and foundational approach.
