OUR POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY - if you are needing to cancel your appointment, a refund of your deposit can be processed as long as it isn’t within the “Late Cancellation'“ time. Simply get in touch via email (info@islandhealing.com.au) or by calling 03 5956 7886 to cancel your appointment.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY - if you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time your booking deposit (30% of appointment cost) will be forfeited. If you did not pay a deposit a 50% fee will be added to your account for next time which must be paid at your next appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY - no shows to appointments if you paid your booking deposit, your booking deposited will be forfeited. If no deposit was left the full 100% cost of your appointment will be added to your profile to be paid at your next appointment. If a visa/mastercard is on file the full 100% of booking will be charged to your card.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS- Please note a public holiday surcharge of 10% occurs on all our treatments.
We understand that life happens, and emergencies do arise, please get in contact with us if there was a extreme reason you missed your appointment.
